Sand Picture in a Glass Bottle with Ship, Andrew Clemens, McGregor, Iowa, 1889 the multicolored sand arranged to show a foreshortended ship and distant vessels in a reserve on one side and the name and date "H.A.BAILEY 1889" flanked by multicolored geometric and marbled borders, (some sand shiting on upper border),ht. 6 5/8 in.

The cover is loose. Some substance was applied to the top sand surface prevent further shifting of sand.
