Condition: Tear and minute puncture u.c., surface grime, craquelure.

There is a 2 inch tear near the upper center, running parallel to the top stretcher bar, and a 1/2 inch, crescent-shaped puncture to the left of the tear. The craquelure is stable, but has some very minute cupping. The painting would benefit from cleaning.
