Plains Pictorial Muslin Tepee Liner, Lakota, c. last quarter 19th century, probably depicting a warrior's exploits, mostly on horseback, and wearing feathered bonnets, carrying a variety of decorated gear, including "no retreat" sashes, hooked society staffs, and a feathered shield, in red, green, yellow, blue, and black, 91 x 31 in.
