Franklin, Benjamin (1706-1790), Signed document, dated July 13, 1787, one page, on vellum, land transfer and purchase by Samuel Everit and Michael Probst of a tract of land entitled "Munster", situated in Brunswick Township in the Berks County, countersigned by James B. Smith for John Armstrong, Jr., with intact seal, framed as a triptych with portrait engravings, 13 3/8 by 15 1/4 in. (minor staining in one vertical fold and in lower left margin, else very good)
