Chippendale Tiger Maple Tall Chest of Drawers, Southeastern New England, late 18th century, the flat-molded cornice above a case of six thumbmolded graduated drawers, resting on bracket feet, old oval brasses, refinished, (restoration and imperfections),ht. 50 1/2, wd. 36, dp. 18 1/2 in.
Estimate $4,000-6,000

one piece of thumbmolding patched on third drawer, damage to left side base molding. patching to base, some replaced glueblocks.
