Description:

Southwest Polychrome Pottery Olla, Zuni, c. late 19th century, the rounded form with concave base, slight flexure at top of underbody, rounded midsection, and wide rim, painted with classic black and red-brown "rainbird" pattern on a cream-white ground, (restored at the rim),ht. 9 1/2, dia. 12 in.

Provenance: The Charles and Blanche Derby collection.
