Maple Easy Chair, Boston, Massachusetts, 1710-1725, the crest continues to shaped wings above outwardly scrolling arms and a serpentine shirt which joins block and ring-turned front legs connected to the square raking rear legs by similar side stretchers, the medial stretcher is ring-turned, swelled and blocked, old black paint, 20th century cotton show cover, (restoration),ht. 49, seat ht 19 in.
