Antique 18kt Gold Brooch, the bombe form with millefiori gold work centering a reclining amorino, ropetwist and wirework frame, designed by Michelangelo Caetani, hallmark for Castellani, (minor losses to petals, slight damage to reverse of frame at pinstem).
