Painted and Decorated Pine Chest of Drawers, Taunton, Massachusetts area, c. 1730, the molded top above two short and three long graduated drawers flanked and separated by half-round moldings on a boldly molded base and turned ball feet, all over early dark red paint with dark green, white and red floral and vine fanciful decoration covering the facade, early replacement engraved brass pulls and escutcheons, (restored),ht. 39, wd. 38 (top),dp. 18 1/2 in.
