Currier and Ives, publishers (American, 1857-1907) American Homestead Autumn and American Homestead Winter, 1869 and 1868, (Conningham, 168 and 172, respectively). Identified in the matrix. Lithograph with hand-coloring heightened with gum arabic on paper, sheet size 10 x 13 7/8 in., framed. Condition: Both with scattered fox marks and stains, nicks, creases, and minor losses to margins, overall toning, the first with tape residues to reverse, the second with very minor abrasion to image. N.B. The first print ranks no. 34 in the New Best Fifty Small Folios.
