Federal Mahogany Shelf Clock, Massachusetts, c. 1810-15, the molded cresting above a glazed door opening to a painted and gilt iron dial, inscribed "L. Curtis Concord" above a design of red drapery and gilt scrolls, and the eight-day brass weight-driven movement, the crossbanded case on cut-out base and flaring French feet, old finish, (signature on dial probably spurious, other imperfections),ht. 35 1/2 in.
