Horace Bundy (American, 19th Century)

Portraits of Two Related Gentlemen. Unsigned. The first signed and dated "H Bundy Wm. Minton May 1852" on reverse, the second unsigned. Oil on canvas, 29 1/2 x 24 3/4 in., oval format within rectangular frame. Condition: Both with scattered retouch, the second with minor water staining to reverse.

N.B. Bundy was an itinerant artist and Adventist preacher in New Hampshire and Vermont in the 1840's and 1850's.
