Noyes, probably Nashua, New Hampshire, c. 1825, the ball finial above the mahogany case with brass bezel enclosing a painted metal dial inscribed "Warranted by L.W. Noyes" and eight-day weight-driven movement, the throat tablet with scroll design, the lower tablet showing a ship in a village harbor, both framed by half round moldings and flanked by brass side arms, (imperfections, tablet replaced),ht. 32 in.
