Set of Four Chinese Harbor Scenes. Unsigned. Oil on copper, each 4 1/2 x 6 in., framed. Condition: Minor surface grime.

N.B. The harbors depicted are Whampoa Anchorage, the Boca Tigris at the mouth of the Pearl River, the Hongs at Canton, and an unusual view of Macao. The scenes can be dated to c. 1820.
