Large French Second Empire Rouge Marble and Gilt Bronze Mantel Clock, mid-late 19th century, with two train half chime movement by Deniere, engine turned dial with leaf tip and eagle head bezel, set into rectangular plinth with band of gilt bronze flat leaves, flanked to one side with figure of a classical woman, and with easel to other, on rectangular base with leaf tip border, raised on acanthus scroll and paw feet, ht. 26, lg. 20 5/8, dp. 7 1/2 in.
