Currier and Ives, publishers (American, 1857-1907) Thomas Worth, lithographer (American, b. 1834) A "Crack Team" at a Smashing Gait, 1869, (Conningham, 1282). Identified in inscriptions in the matrix. Lithograph with hand-coloring on paper, sheet size 19 1/2 x 25 in., framed. Condition: Margins 1/4 in. or more, laid down, losses and creases to left margin (one into image),stains u.l., l.c. and matrix, minute scattered abrasions, overall toning.
