Twenty-four Piece Handpainted Porcelain Partial Luncheon Service, England, 19th century, each with scalloped rim and gilt border, enamel decorated with birds perched on branches and surrounded by insects, consisting of eighteen plates, dia. 8 3/4; an oval compote, (slight staining to crazed center),ht. 6 1/4, lg. 11 1/4; and five circular dish compotes, 3-3 3/8; (two with staining, one with repaired foot); and 2-4 3/4 in., (one with staining, one with repair to a foot).
